Sence 2010, STRIVE FOUNDATION RWANDA implement HIV project known as SSF-GF-HIV, funded by Global Fund through the Ministry of Health in the district of Nyamasheke in the following sectors : Kilimbi, Kanjongo, Macuba and Karambi. The main objective of the SSF-GF-HIV Project is to improve the lives and livelihoods of those made vulnerable due to HIV/AIDS.

Through our work, we have given hope and renewed value to the lives of hundreds of Rwandan residents, mainly with vulnerable groups such as orphans and other children, and ultimately the Most at Risk Population (MARP).
Strive Foundation Rwanda is a member ofmany different forums both in Rwanda and East African andinclude:
